Earthly pleasures are beneath you,

Can't have it back, I wanna be back in reality where
a smile's a smile and not camouflage
Amongst even numbers I'm hard and heavily
scarred and not far from where I need to be
But far enough to lose hope
Painting pictures of a mountain top where all the cleanest rain is at,
I wanna see what you see, I can't understand why they can't,
maybe they should, I can't be rational yet
My intuition said it's incompatible with tests,
it can't be jacked, but they'll come anyway
Like they come as change, I used to have feelings,
now I walk this planet blowing where the wind takes me
all that was before is forever altered from the touch that was first
They come as innocence lost,
the cost is high enough you can never see the bottom again
Where I swim the sorrows deep
Remains to be my only stabilizer in a life that
contains no passion and no desire
I fantasize about a life where I'm
whole and not a host to one
Maybe one day I'll be complete and never again have to think of
I look for change inside creation I wonder
if part of my evolution leads to
While I sit or stand I'm still in motion
I move freely through my inhibitions
Which I no longer wish to express
I've accepted the fact that I'll keep everything on my chest,
